It’s the perfect time to create your own ritual.
Remember to make room for and feel your feelings. Look back on all you have accomplished over the summer. Light a candle, use your favorite essential oils, pop on some autumnal music to suit your mood. Eat some delicious pomegranate truffles while you take a bath or make a photo album of your summer memories.

5-minute raw cacao pomegranate truffle recipe:
- 1 C raw cacao powder
- 1 C ground raw cacao nibs
- 3 T coconut oil at room temperature
- 3 T nut butter of your choice
- 3 T honey, molasses, or thick maple syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- Optional: Scoop of supergreens
- 3 T pomegranate syrup (can easily be made by boiling 1C juice until thickened)
- 1/4 C goji berries
- Optional: Add Sriracha
Combine syrup and gojis and set aside. Combine all other ingredients thoroughly and shape into small balls. Press your thumb into the ball and add a dollop of the berry mixture into the middle. Pinch closed.
Optional: Dip in nuts or coconut shred.
Refrigerate for about an hour, or until firm.
